How do I get in touch?

Do you do custom orders?

We are happy to customize orders. We provide gift boxes for special occasions and events such as weddings, conferences, referral gifts and corporate gifting.  Contact us to discuss your gifting need at hi@loclebox.comor Deby at 216-870-1365

Do you allow substitutions?

Substitutions are allowed by calling Deby at 216-870-1365 or email us at hi@loclebox.comwith your request.  Price adjustments will be made.  During the holidays, this availability of personnel to answer your questions is limited.  Please order early.

Can I custom order a LOCLE Box?

Yes.  There will be a small surcharge to your order.  Call LOCLE Box at 216-870-1365

I am a potential corporate client, how can LOCLE Box help me?

We are happy to work with you on your corporate gifts all year long and during the holidays.  We will add your corporate swag to the gifts with a few limitations. For custom and multiple gifts, please call us at 216-870-1365 or email at hi@loclebox.com.  We accept spreadsheets for multiple gifts and shipping addresses.  We encourage you to ORDER EARLY to ensure our small batch artisans can schedule making their products to fulfill your orders.  Order EARLY and we will schedule your ship dates when you want them with the products you want!

How does shipping work?

All gift boxes are shipped from Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

All gift boxes will ship out within 48 hours after your order is placed. Shipping usually takes 1-5 days to arrive depending on location. We ship using the best shipping method possible.

If you require overnight shipping, contact Deby at 216-870-1365 for shipping information and expediated charges.

Gift boxes with WINE or BEER included will not be shipped.  If you would like wine or beer in your gift, please contact Deby directly at 216-870-1365.  Gift boxes containing WINE or BEER are for LOCAL DELIVERY (additional charge) AND PICK UP ONLY (no pick up charge).

Shipping multiple boxes and ship to separate addresses within the same order can be done.  Create a document or spreadsheet with each recipient’s name, shipping address, gift note, and the box you want to send them.  Then, email us at hi@loclebox.comand we’ll make it easy for you to check out and pay for all your boxes in one easy step!

Do you offer in local delivery or pickup options?

We hand deliver to a few local areas if time permits with an additional charge.  Feel free to call to ask if your recipient lives within the delivery area.

Unless otherwise requested, packages will be delivered 1-3 days after your order has been placed.

Will the items in the box be identical to the order details?

Due to the nature of small scale artisan production of goods, there may be an occasion where certain artisan products are not available. If this occurs, the item will be replaced with another product of equal or greater value and similar style (a sweet replaced by another sweet). Thank you in advance for your understanding!

I have multiple shipping addresses. What do I do?

To send multiple gift boxes, you will need to either create separate orders for EACH basket OR email us with your spreadsheet. For your convenience you may also call 216-870-1365 or email us athi@loclebox.comto order.  See more information under “How does shipping work“?

MY ORDER IS A GIFT…do you include price information in the order?

No – never!

WHERE’S THE CHOCOLATE?

During the warm months of the year, we do not ship chocolate.  However, you may pick up your order and we will include chocolates.

I am an OHIO artisan and I think my products would be a good fit for LOCLE Box. Who do I contact?
